Traders said the following offers were submitted to GASC in the first round of the tender on Tuesday, January 16, for February 18-28 delivery: (USD/MT, FOB):

• GTCS: 55,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197 $/mt fob
• AOS/Union: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197.70 $/mt fob, 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 205 $/mt fob
• Garant Logistics: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197.95 $/mt fob
• Daewoo: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 198.50 $/mt fob
• Aston: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 199.45 $/mt fob
• ADM: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 204.15 $/mt fob, 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat at 204.85 $/mt fob

The best offers on C&F basis was as follows (USD/MT, C&F):

• GTCS: 55,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197+15.15=212.15 $/mt c&f
• AOS/Union: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197.70+14.54=212.24 $/mt c&f
• Garant Logistics: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 197.95+14.54=212.49 $/mt c&f
• Daewoo: 60,000 MT of Russian wheat at 198.50+13.75=212.25 $/mt c&f
