The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Wednesday, September 8, bought 300,000 MT of wheat from Russia (60,000 MT) and from Ukraine (240,000 MT) for October 25-November 3 shipment:

  • 60,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Nibulon at 343.15 $/mt c&f (310.25 fob+32.90 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 343.80 $/mt c&f (316.50 fob+27.30 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Olam at 345.80 $/mt c&f (312.90 fob+32.90 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Inerco at 345.80 $/mt c&f (312.90 fob+32.90 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Dreyfus at 346.55 $/mt c&f (312.90 fob+33.65 freight).
GASC has bought so far a total 2,085,000 MT of wheat (410,000 MT from Russia, 1140,000 MT from Romania, and 535,000 MT from Ukraine) for supply in 2021/22 (July-June)
