The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Thursday, November 5, bought 300,000 MT of wheat from Russia:
  • for December 15-30 shipment:
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 275.3 $/mt c&f (261.3 fob+14.0 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Posco at 275.3 $/mt c&f (261.3 fob+14.0 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 275.3 $/mt c&f (261.3 fob+14.0 freight).
  • for January 8-18 shipment:
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from ADM at 275.3 $/mt c&f (261.3 fob+14.0 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 276.3 $/mt c&f (262.3 fob+14.0 freight).
GASC has bought so far a total 4,044,000 MT of wheat (3,394,000 MT from Russia, 530,000 MT from Ukraine, 60,000 MT from Romania and 60,000 MT from Poland) for supply in 2020/21 (July-June)
