Egypt's GASC buys 530,000 T Russian wheat Aug. 25, 2020
The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Tuesday, August 25, bought 530,000 MT of wheat from Russia:
for October 11-20 shipment:
- 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Agro AST at 227.50 $/mt c&f (213 fob+14.5 freight);
- 55,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 227.86 $/mt c&f (213 fob+14.86 freight);
- 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 228.35 $/mt c&f (213 fob+15.35 freight);
- 55,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 228.73 $/mt c&f (213 fob+15.73 freight).
for October 21-31 shipment:
- 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 227.17 $/mt c&f (213.33 fob+13.84 freight);
- 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Agro AST at 227.73 $/mt c&f (213.33 fob+14.4 freight);
- 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 227.83 $/mt c&f (213.33 fob+14.5 freight);
- 120,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 228.35 $/mt c&f (213 fob+15.35 freight).
GASC has bought so far a total 2,884,000 MT of wheat (2,294,000 MT from Russia, 530,000 MT from Ukraine and 60,000 MT from Romania) for supply in 2020/21 (July-June)
