The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Wednesday, August 5, bought 410,000 MT of wheat from Russia (295,000 MT) and Ukraine (115,000 MT):
  • for Sept 11-20 shipment:
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 225.65 $/mt c&f (212.10 fob+13.55 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Posco at 226.90 $/mt c&f (213.35 fob+13.55 freight);
  • for Sept 21-30 shipment:
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 225.65 $/mt c&f (212.10 fob+13.55 freight);
    • 55,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 226.66 $/mt c&f (212.10 fob+14.56 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Louis Dreyfus at 226.93 $/mt c&f (213.30 fob+13.63 freight);
    • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 227.20 $/mt c&f (213.65 fob+13.55 freight);
    • 55,000 MT of Ukrainian wheat from Inerco Trade at 227.95 $/mt c&f (213.00 fob+14.95 freight);
GASC has bought so far a total 1,819,000 MT of wheat (1,229,000 MT from Russia, 530,000 MT from Ukraine and 60,000 MT from Romania) for supply in 2020/21 (July-June)
