The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Tuesday, December 3, bought 295,000 MT of wheat from Russia for January 21-31 delivery:
  • 55,000 MT of Russian wheat from Glencore at 235.17 $/mt c&f (221.49 fob+13.68 freight);
  • 120,000 MT of Russian wheat from Solaris at 235.93 $/mt c&f (222.00 fob+13.93 freight);
  • 120,000 MT of Russian wheat from Grain Export at 236.30 $/mt c&f (222.00 fob+14.30 freight).
So GASC has bought so far a total 4,540,000 MT of wheat (2.515 MMT from Russia, 885,000 MT from Ukraine, 720,000 MT from Romania, and 420,000 MT from France) for supply in 2019/20 (July-June)
