WHEAT
- Feb 26 - Jordan bought 60,000 MT of optional-origin hard milling wheat from Ameropa at 226 $/mt c&f for first half of August shipment
- Feb 26 - Taiwan Flour Millers' Association bought 110 MT of US milling wheat in two consignments:

The first consignment was bought from ADM and has an additional charge of 26.98 $/mt for ocean shipping from the US Pacific North West coast to Taiwan for shipment between April 13-27:

  • 5,565 MT of soft white wheat (9% protein) at 237.86 $/mt fob.
  • 19,850 MT of hard red winter wheat (12.5% protein) at 237.69 $/mt fob;
  • 29,585 MT of dark northern spring wheat (14.5% protein) at 251.10 $/mt fob;

The second consignment was bought from Columbia Grain and has an additional charge of 27.68 $/mt for ocean shipping from the US Pacific North West coast to Taiwan for shipment between April 27-May 11:

  • 6,675 MT of soft white wheat (9% protein) at 235.64 $/mt fob
  • 19,025 MT of hard red winter wheat (12.5% protein) at 236.10 $/mt fob;
  • 29,300 MT of dark northern spring wheat (14.5% protein) at 248.96 $/mt fob;

CORN
- Feb 26 - South Korea's Nonghyup Feed Inc. (NOFI) bought 68,000 MT of optional-origin corn at 203.85 $/mt c&f for July arrival
SOYBEAN
- Feb 26 - USDA announced export sales of 120,000 MT of US soybeans for delivery to Mexico during 2018/19 (48 TMT) and 2019/20 (72 TMT)
- Ukrainian January sunflower oil production was reported at 484 TMT, down 9.8% from prior month but up 9.5% from last year
- India's rapeseed production in 2018/19 could jump nearly 19% from a year earlier to a record 8.5 MMT
- Surveyor SGS estimated Malaysia's February 1-25 palm oil exports at 1,121,928 MT down 7.1% from a month ago
- China’s January 2019 palm oil imports up 48.4% on year to 694,660 MT
- China's January 2019 soy oil imports rose 238.9% from year-ago levels to 65,616 MT
