The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Thursday, November 16, bought 240,000 MT of wheat from Russia for January 1-10 delivery:

  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 208.60 $/mt c&f (194.65 fob+13.95 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 209.45 $/mt c&f (194.65 fob+14.80 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Daewoo at 209.45 $/mt c&f (194.65 fob+14.80 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Garant Logistics at 209.45 $/mt c&f (194.65 fob+14.80 freight)

It was 12-th international tender since the start of the new fiscal year. GASC has bought 3.01 MMT (2.53 MMT from Russia, 240 TMT from Romania, 180 TMT from Ukraine and 60 TMT from France) of wheat on the international market since July 1, the start of the 2017/18
