WHEAT

- Sept 25 - Argentina registered 63,682 MT of wheat for export

- Sept 22 - Argentina registered for export 150,000 MT of wheat and 5,011 MT of wheat flour

- US wheat export inspections for week, ending Sept 21, recorded 499,995 MT, within market expectations. Inspections for 2017/18 are running 2.6% behind of year-ago

- Egypt has finished sieving a Romanian wheat cargo that had been halted for containing poppy seeds. A French wheat shipment which had also been found to contain poppy seeds is still under investigation

- Kazakh farmers harvested 20.368 MMT of all grains as of September 25, up from 19.044 MMT a year ago. Yields totalled 1.38 mt/ha down from 1.47 mt/ha a year ago

CORN

- Sept 22 - Argentina registered 420,000 MT of corn for export

- Sept 22 - Argentina registered for export 20,000 MT of malt and 9,800 MT of malting barley

- US corn export inspections for week, ending Sept 21, reported 738,779 MT, near the lower end of market expectations (700-900 TMT). Inspections for 2017/18 are running 51% behind of year-ago

- China imported 380,000 MT of corn in August, a 14-fold year-on-year jump, as buyers stocked up on cheaper imports after domestic prices of the grain rose

SOYBEAN

- China plans to auction 300,000 MT of soybeans from reserve on Sept 29

- Sept 25 - Argentina registered for export 21,000 MT of soybeans, 20,000 MT of soybean oil and 230,000 MT of soymeal

- US soybean export inspections for week, ending Sept 21, reported 1,030,051 MT, near the lower end of market expectations. Inspections for the 2017/18 marketing year are running 33.4% ahead of year-ago

- India's soybean output is forecasted to fall by 11.4% to 12.22 MMT in 2017/18 (13.79 MMT in 2016/17)

- Argentine August soybean crush was reported at 3.71 MMT, down from 4.3 MMT in July and down 1.2% from last year

- Argentine August sunflower crush was reported at 300,018 MT, down from 317,867 MT in July but up 29.3% from last year

- Stocks of soymeal at Argentine mills totals 1.266 MMT at the end of August 2017, up by 21.7% from a year-ago

- Stocks of soybean oil at Argentine mills totals 337,763 MT at the end of August 2017, up by 22.9% from a year-ago

- Stocks of sunoil at Argentine mills rose to 121,080 MT at the end of August 2017, up by 19.4% from a year-ago

- Stocks of sunflower meal at Argentine mills climbed to 77,585 MT at the end of August 2017, up 3 times from a year-ago

- Surveyor Intertek Testing Services estimated Malaysia's September 1-25 palm oil exports at 1,085,116 MT up 16.1% from a month ago

- Surveyor SGS estimated Malaysia's September 1-25 palm oil exports at 1,105,555 MT up 15.6% from a month ago
