- Mar 14 - USDA announced export sales of 120,000 MT of US corn for delivery to Mexico during 2017/18

- Mar 14 - South Korea's Nonghyup Feed Inc. (NOFI) bought 199,000 MT of optional-origin corn:

  • 68,000 MT of corn at 188.93 $/mt c&f + 0.95 $/mt surcharge for additional port unloading for arrival around July 10;

- Dr. Michael Cordonnier raised his forecast of South America’s 2016/17 corn crop this week by 1 MMT to 127.3 MMT (97.2 MMT in 2015/16) due to increase forecast for Argentina by 1 MMT to 37 MMT (27 MMT in 2015/16)
