  • wheat – 15.349 MMT
  • barley – 3.209 MMT
  • corn – 1.769 MMT
  • others – 168 TMT

- Russia has 2,583,800 MT of grain in its federal intervention fund as of December 29

- Dec 31 - USDA announced export sales of 119,000 MT of US soybeans for delivery to China during 2015/2016

- Weekly US soybean export sales data for week ended Dec 24 of 579,400 MT, incl. 478,800 MT for 2015/16 were a marketing year low and much below than expected (1.0-1.4 MMT). Total current marketing-year US soybean export sales are 11% behind the same point last year

- EIA said US October biodiesel production at 107 million gallons the same as production in September 2015, but below vs. 121 million gallons a year ago

- EIA said 408 million lbs. of soybean oil used for biodiesel in October (51% of feedstocks used to produce biodiesel) vs. 390 million lbs. in September and vs. 459 million lbs. a year ago

- Argentina's Ag Min reported soybean planting progress as of Dec 30 at 87% versus 89% last year
