- EU in week ended July 10 awarded licences to import 37,800 MT of Ukrainian barley under an annual duty-free quota. The award meant that the EU had now awarded 158,971 MT out of a total volume of 250,000 MT available in 2015

- EU in week ended July 14 granted licences to export 288 TMT of barley, bringing the total this season to 701 TMT vs. 358 TMT a year ago

- Ukrainian farmers harvested 10.0 MMT of all grains as of July 16, down from 14.0 MMT a year ago. Yields were at 3.15 mt/ha up from 3.06 mt/ha a year ago. Farmers harvested 3.7 MMT of barley (45% of area) vs. 4.7 MMT a year ago
