- June 24 - South Korea's Korea Flour Mills (KFMC) seeks 31,700 MT of Australian wheat for November shipment (26,500 MT of soft white wheat, protein 10.3-11.0%, and 5,200 MT of hard wheat, protein min 11.5%)

- Ethiopia bought an additional 160,000 MT of optional origin wheat, likely to be sourced from the Black Sea region

- Mexico bought 2 cargoes of Russian new wheat crop

- Indian flour millers have made trade deals to import 500,000 MT of premium Australian wheat since March, the biggest such purchases in more than a decade despite surplus stocks at home. Almost half of the quantity contracted so far - bought at 255-275$/mt - has reached India and the rest is scheduled for July delivery. The traders and millers could import a further 500,000 MT from France and Russia. At about 185-190 $/mt fob, French and Russian wheat is attractive for India

- China's May wheat imports up 63.01% on year to 367,708 MT, incl. 210,802 MT from Australia and 110,727 MT from Canada

- China's Jan-May wheat imports down 60.47% on year to 965,527 MT

- Japan's May grain imports down 20.7% on year to 1.871 MMT, incl. 1.403 MMT from US

- Thailand will open a tender for 1 MMT of rice around early July
