- Russia's government officially approved a new wheat export tax that will be set at 50% of the price minus 5,500 RUR, but not less than 50 RUR/mt (0.95 USD/mt) and will take effect July 1.The tax will start to limit exports if wheat prices reach 13,000 RUR/mt
