- USDA forecasts global soybean production in 2015/16 to remain nearly unchanged from the previous year at 317.3 MMT
- USDA lowered 2014/15 world soybean inventories to 85.54 MMT from April estimate of 89.55 MMT and vs. average expectation of 90.22 MMT. Stocks are expected to rise to 96.22 MMT in 2015/16 vs. average expectation of 95.17 MMT
- USDA pegged US soybean ending stocks for the 2014/15 crop year at 350 million bushels (370 MB in April and 360 MB - average trade estimates) and projected the 2015/16 carryout at 500 million bushels (443 MB - average trade estimates)
- USDA pegged Brazilian 2015/16 soybean production at 97 MMT, up 2.5 MMT from 2014/15's record crop of 94.5 MMT
- Conab estimates Brazil's 2014/15 soybean crop at 95.07 MMT vs. its April forecast of 94.28 MMT
