The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Wednesday, December 12, bought 180,000 MT of wheat from the Russia (120 TMT) and Romania (60 TMT) for February 1-10 delivery:

  • 60,000 MT of Romanian wheat from ADM at 256.37 $/mt c&f (241.26 fob+15.11 freight)
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from ADM at 258.35 $/mt c&f (242 fob+16.35 freight)
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Agro Industrial at 259.15 $/mt c&f (242.8 fob+16.35 freight)

So GASC has bought a total 4.575 MMT of wheat (3.375 MMT from Russia, 720 TMT from Romania, 300 TMT from Ukraine and 180 TMT from the US) for supply in 2018/19 (July-June)
