The Egypt's state grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) on Friday, February 2, bought 180,000 MT of wheat from Russia for March 5-15 delivery:

  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from GTCS at 218.18 $/mt c&f (202.70 fob+15.48 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from AOS at 219.88 $/mt c&f (204.40 fob+15.48 freight);
  • 60,000 MT of Russian wheat from Daewoo at 220.28 $/mt c&f (204.80 fob+15.48 freight)

It was 18-th international tender since the start of the new fiscal year. GASC has bought 4.195 MMT (3.655 MMT from Russia, 300 TMT from Romania, 180 TMT from Ukraine and 60 TMT from France) of wheat on the international market since July 1, the start of the 2017/18
